Seventh National Ploughing Championships in Appingedam. The 18 participants have to plough a piece of land of 25 are in three hours with a.o. tractor and horsedrawn ploughs, while being judged by a jury. In the Schatshuis in Ekenstein the farmer Van Maanen from Randwijk receives the first prize.
